Jasmine Grill is a Middle Eastern Restaurant. Established Late 2013, Syrian-Lebanese Authentic food style. Proud to say that a family from Syria who has moved to Morgantown 2013, and had the view that the market is in need for a Middle Eastern kind of food to serve the College town (West Virginia Univ.).
Computer Eng. Samer Al Hallak and his wife Laila Boalbaki was lucky to find the right spot in the middle of downtown, High St. to start this family business after their 17 years’ experience in the restaurant business in Syria. (Lotus Restaurant Damascus-Syria 1995-2007), (The Grange Damascus-Syria 2009-2011)
Jasmine Grill was the first of a kind to start the authentic grills, and sandwiches such as Tawook, Kebab, Charbroiled chicken, Mandi rice, appetizers, etc….in no competition market, till people who worked for Jasmine started looking at the market that might be good to start another same type of restaurant, from there a new competition to Jasmine Grill, But proud to teach and accept the challenge.
